    摘要:

    针对复杂地基条件下全自动化码头堆场道砟型轨道基础施工问题,依据新型U型槽轨道设计方案,提出适用于码头堆场工程轨枕道砟基础施工的检验标准,确定了适应施工期轨道沉降的轨道基础施工技术和工艺。对轨道高程、跨距、倾斜度和平直度公差等的监测结果表明:提出的施工工艺能够保证轨道精度要求,运行期轨道沉降较为稳定,38#~53#箱区平均沉降在16 mm左右,箱区最大平均沉降可控制在80 mm以内,保证运行期轨道沉降可以控制在允许范围内。

    Abstract:

    For the construction of the track foundation of fully automatic terminal storage yard under complex foundation condition,we put forward the test standard for the construction of sleeper and the ballast foundation of the terminal storage yard project,and establish the track construction technology and procedures based on the design scheme of the new U-shaped groove track.The monitoring results of parameters including the track elevation,span,inclination and flatness tolerance show that the proposed construction technology can ensure the accuracy of the track,and the settlement of track during operation is stable.The average settlement of 38#~53#storage yards is about 16 mm,and the maximum average settlement of all monitored boxes can be controlled within 80 mm.The construction technology of the track construction for the automatic terminal yard suggested in this paper can ensure that the track settlement during operation be controlled within the allowable range.
