Abstract:When determining the characteristic value of subsoil bearing capacity by using the empirical statistical relationship of loading test or in-situ test,the value of corresponding to the basic condition is considered.While the foundation design is carried out,the standard combination of the ultimate bearing capacity is considered,namely,the load design value is adopted.In view of this problem,the failure modes of foundation soil under horizontal force of the hydraulic retaining wall is analyzed,and the influence of embedded depth and width on the bearing capacity of foundation is studied.In order to improve the bearing capacity of the hydraulic retaining wall,the method of introducing basic embedded depth correction coefficient is adopted.
