With the tendency of large-size ro-ro ship,the “T” type of plane layout in wharf cannot appease the current development needs.Therefore,we put forward the layout plan of “L” wharf.According to the features of plane design of this kind of wharf,we analyze transportation equipment selection,plane transportation simulation and determination of top elevation of wharf in design of a certain wharf,and consider that the “L” plane layout can be applied to the design of large and medium-sized ro-ro terminal.Relevant design experience can be used for reference.
