    摘要:

    葫芦岛港绥中港区通用码头工程土质为圆砾、卵石混粗砂,该土质具有粒径大、密度大、摩阻大等特点。绞吸船在开挖此类土时,会出现施工参数不稳定、输送困难、产能低等问题。因此,通过采用施工数据分析、分层试挖对比优化、输送工艺优化及加装导流装置等方法,优化其施工工艺。优化后,葫芦岛港绥中港区通用码头工程绞吸船施工综合生产率提高了30%,在节约施工成本的同时缩短了工期。

    Abstract:

    The soil of Suizhong port district general wharf project in Huludao is gravel with pebble and sand,which is characterized by large particle size,large density and large friction resistance.When dredging this kind of soil with cutter suction dredger(CSD),the construction parameters are unstable,the soil is difficult to be transported and production capacity is low. So,methods including construction data analysis,comparative optimization of different dredging layers based on the layered tri-dredging,optimization of the conveying technology,as well as installation of the flow deflector are taken to optimize the construction technology.As a result,the the construction productivity of Suizhong port district general wharf project is increased by 30%,the construction cost is reduced and the construction period is shortened.
