绞吸挖泥船施工受波浪作用研究

    摘要:

    绞吸挖泥船在风浪较大的环境施工时,风浪对绞吸挖泥船施工影响较大,严重时会造成钢桩断裂等安全事故。目前的主要措施是根据气象情况及时避风,但波浪对绞吸挖泥船施工的影响一直没有办法定量评估。采用AQWA软件对波浪力进行计算,再把作用力传递到船体和钢桩上,利用有限元软件计算钢桩的承载能力。研究结果表明,“电天牛”系列绞吸挖泥船在波高为1 m,波的频率为0.167 Hz的波浪条件下能正常施工,但钢桩在此波浪条件下的受力接近安全许用应力,因此当波高或周期再增大时,应考虑停止施工。

    Abstract:

    When the working environment of cutter suction dredgers is with strong wind and waves,it has a great influence on the work process,even possible to cause some serious accidents such as spud fracture.At present,the major measure is to take a shelter from the wind according to weather conditions,but the influence of waves on the cutter suction dredger’s work process is difficult to be quantified.The wave force is calculated by AQWA software,then the wave force is transmitted to the ship hull and spud and the bearing capacity of the spud is calculated by the finite element software.The research shows that the “Diantianniu” series electric cutter suction dredgers are able to work in the environment with a wave height of 1 m and a wave frequency of 0.167,but the force that is transmitted to the spud is close to the safe allowable stress.So if the wave height or frequency is still increasing,it should be considered to stop working.
