    摘要:

    景洪水电站通航建筑物采用的水力式升船机具有我国完全自主知识产权。突扩体作为水力式升船机输水系统的重要部分,具有改善流道内部水流的流态、提高输水效率的作用。突扩体为一大容积空腔体形,属于异形结构,工况复杂,为此,内外均设梁系以承担水压。采用有限元法对突扩体进行工作状态和水压试验状态的力学分析,结果表明突扩体结构强度满足要求。

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic floating ship lift adopted in Jinghong Hydropower Station has completely independent intellectual property in China.As a significant part of the water conveyance system of hydraulic floating ship lift,the profiled sudden enlargement steel structure is used to improve the flow state of the internal water channel to improve the conveyance efficiency.The profiled sudden enlargement steel structure is a large-volume profiled cavity with complicated working conditions,so beams are decorated both in and out of it to bear the water pressure.The mechanic analysis of working state and hydrostatic test status of the profiled sudden enlargement steel structure is conducted by the finite element analysis,results of which show that the structure strength meet the requirements.
