The upper Chuanjiang River Channel has always been in a slow development state in recent years,and is in the asymmetric position compared with other modes of transportation.With the continued macroeconomic growth,the Yangtze River economic belt development turns to be the national key strategy,and the Yangtze River shipping will also enter a new stage.In view of the existing problems in the development of the Chuanjiang waterway,this paper puts forward suggestions and ideas on the development of the upper Chuanjiang channel.
