    摘要:

    通过对混凝土梁在钢筋锈蚀膨胀作用下的开裂全过程进行模拟,得到混凝土梁在钢筋均匀锈蚀膨胀和非均匀锈蚀膨胀情况下的裂缝产生和发展的情况,分析了保护层胀裂时的钢筋膨胀率的影响因素,其中包括混凝土保护层的厚度、钢筋直径、混凝土的强度等级。通过比较试验数据与前人研究成果,结果都体现了相同的钢筋锈胀规律。在此基础上,提出结构耐久性的影响因素并指导结构耐久性设计。

    Abstract:

    A FE analysis model was made to simulate the whole process of cracking in RC beam due to the expansion of corroded reinforcement.The initiation and development process of cracking due to even and uneven expansion of corroded reinforcement were obtained,and the factors affecting the expansion rate at the time of cracking in the concrete cover were analyzed,including the thickness of concrete cover,rebar diameter and the concrete strength grade.The comparison of the experimental data with the previous research results indicated the same laws of corroded expansion.On this basis,the factors of structure durability and guided the design of structural durability were proposed.
