Some deficiencies of partial provisions are discovered by the application practice.This paper probes into problems of the Code for Master Design of River Port Engineering concerning water supply and sewerage from the water consumption in fire fighting,distance of water supply hydrant,design rainfall recurrence interval,as well as the container wash water consumption,and puts forward suggestions on the modification of the code.
