This paper introduces the use of pin roll in the hauling caisson technology on land,which overcomes the disadvantages of low efficiency,high cost and complicated operation of surrounding-rope-method and also the disadvantages of high cost,un-turnover of pre-buried pull nose method.This new method provides an efficient way for hauling caisson and other large prefabricated concrete units on land,which has wide expansion and application space and great practical value.
