In the design of a jetty for an EPC power plant project, considering comprehensively the local factors such as wind, wave, currents, sediment movement, topography, geology and construction conditions to optimize the plan of jetty and breakwater, we create sufficient condition for the profit of the contractor. The designed scheme recommended is convenient for construction and saves investment, and may serve as a reference for similar projects.
