Based on the analysis of the factors, such as economic background and natural resourse, which affect the development of yacht marinas and the characteristics of yacht activity, this article determines the train of thought on site selection and layout plan in Guangdong province, and proposes the general development pattern of yacht marinas in Guangdong province.
