This paper analyzes the factors which affect the development of cruise marinas, including cruisers, tourism resources and construction conditions, and proposes the layout plan considering the development environment of cruise marinas in Guangdong province. It will form a hierarchical layout of international cruise homeport, regional homeport and port of call.
