As the core of digital waterway construction, Changjiang ENC has played a key role in data foundation and system support in the process of Changjiang waterway’s modernization. This article introduces the background , objective and overall architecture of Changjiang ENC system, designs the logic structure and function module for the Geodatabase, production system and application service system, mainly expounds the construction plan for the production system, which provides the theoretic and technical support for an early accomplishment of digital waterway and intelligent shipping.
