Since the implementation in 2008, relying on the project process, safety, quality and benefits, the Angola Oil Terminal has won the confidence of the owner and shown the good image and brand of the company. This paper summarizes the engineering features, design and construction experience, and highlights the importance of technological innovation for implementation of overseas engineering.
