The re-warming-up of Indonesia construction market provides Chinese enterprises with opportunities. This paper focuses on the analysis of the contracting as well as the risks and setting a managing direction of Indonesian construction engineering. A thorough Indonesia-construction-market’s characteristics are analyzed through writer’s personal working experience and case study of engineering. The research results show that the Indonesian construction market turns sturdy gradually, and the project operation is within a controllable range. So, it is believed that the Indonesian market will be a major leading force of CHEC’s over-sea developing strategy.
