Taking Fuzhou Kemen port bulk cargo logistics centre as an example, this paper analyzes the slope reinforcement effect of cement deep mixing method under various layouts, and chooses an economical and reasonable layout scheme, which meets the design requirements and may serve as a reference for the design of similar projects.
