It is a difficult issue for the Chinese company to enhance the bidding competence in international tender projects through reasonable ptimization based on the original design and practical situation. This paper provides an overall instruction and analysis of the optimization of bidding option for the re-development of Bullnose port from the layout plan, handling technology and hydraulic structures, which may serve as a reference for the technicians.
