    摘要:

    大连中远船务30 万t 浮船坞工程位于大连中远船务厂区内,建设30 万吨级浮船坞一座、30 万吨级修船码头一座和防波堤。总平面布置解决了与相邻企业港口有限水域、岸线的合理利用以及防波堤的合理轴线及长度的优化问题。修船码头采用了施工经验丰富的沉箱重力式结构。防波堤采用开孔削角沉箱直立堤的创新结构,具有消浪效果好、越浪量小、结构受力好等优点。浮船坞锚碇首次采用嵌岩灌注桩锚桩结构,内力计算采用地基土抗力系数为常数的张氏法。

    Abstract:

    The 300 000 DWT floating dock project of Dalian COSCO Shipyard is located in the south-east of the plant, which is to build a 300 000 DWT floating dock, a 300 000 DWT ship-repairing pier and a breakwater. The general layout plan has solved the problem of limited water area with the other company’s harbors, the proper use of the coastline, the reasonable axes of the breakwater, and also the optimization of its length. The pier adopts the caisson gravity structure which is of rich construction experience, while the breakwater adopts the innovated perforated caisson structure, which can resist the sea wave effectively, and make the structure reasonably stressed. Rock-socketed piles are used for the first time as the anchoring of the floating dock, and the“Zhang method”is chosen to calculate the internal forces, which makes the resistance coefficient a constant.
