    摘要:

    为建立环境温度与免压蒸PHC 管桩的抗压强度之间的相关关系,开展了监测环境温度和测试混凝土的抗压强度试验研究。试验结果表明:环境温度对免压蒸PHC 管桩的抗压强度具有显著影响,而环境湿度对混凝土抗压强度影响不明显,混凝土度时积与混凝土抗压强度的具有良好的相关关系。并由此推导出不同环境温度达到80 MPa 所需的时间,可为免压蒸PHC 管桩的出厂质量控制提供指导。

    Abstract:

    For finding out the correlation between the environment temperature and compressive strength of non-steam autoclaved PHC pipe pile, we carried out experimental research on the environment temperature and concrete’s compressive strength. The results show that the effect of environment temperature on the compressive strength is remarkable and effect of environment humidity on compressive strength is inconspicuous.Furthermore, the results also show a good correlation between the product of its time and temperature and compressive strength of concrete, and the time required for reaching 80MPa under different environment temperatures is ascertained, which can instruct the production quality control of non-steam autoclaved PHC pipe piles.
