    三峡船闸为连续5 级船闸,工作水头高,同时两线船闸相邻,船闸与升船机共用下游引航道,使船闸水力学问题的难度超过了已建的世界船闸工程,是船闸设计的关键技术问题之一。根据合理布置船闸输水系统方式的条件,通过在运行实践中不断优化阀门运行参数,成功地解决了4 级运行下行船舶一闸室待闸等问题,而且具备了阀门工作水头从45.2 m 提高到47 m 的工作条件,实现了5 级运行改4 级运行,有效提高了船闸的通过能力。

    Abstract:

    The Three Gorges lock is a five-step lock with a higher water head. Since the two adjacentlined locks and the ship lift share the downstream approach channel, the hydraulic problem of the lock became the most difficult among the world’s existed locks, and is one of the key problems of lock design. Based on the scientific research results, with the rational arrangement of the water-carriage system and optimization of operating parameter of the valve, we overcame the problems of waiting ships in the first lock in the four-run mode, and realized the working condition with the head rising from 45.2 m to 47 m. Thus the five-run mode was transformed to four-run mode, and the lock capacity was effectively improved.
