    摘要:

    黄骅港是神华集团煤炭最佳出运港,外航道淤积问题是制约其发展的关键,防砂堤的修建和运营已初见成效。通过对防砂堤地基稳定性和沉降在理论计算、试验分析和沉降位移观测3 方面进行分析,以理论计算为主,模型试验作为验证,工程观测为直接结论,得出在防砂堤设计过程中参数取值、试验与理论计算的差异、3 个方面的互补与验证以及土工布在软弱地基上防波堤断面中的作用。

    Abstract:

    Sudden sedimentation of outer waterway is the crucial problem obstructing the development of Huanghua Port, which is the best coal export harbor of Shenhua Group. The construction and operation of the sand preventing dike have achieved an initial success. The paper analyses the stability and settlement of ground by three methods, i.e. theoretical calculation, experimental analysis and settlement observation, from which the direct conclusion is drawn. It puts the emphasis on the first method and makes verification by the experimental analysis,and gives the direct conclusion based on the observation data. The differences among the three methods, the mutual complementation and verification, as well as the function of geotextiles in the breakwater section on the soft ground are obtained.
