Guangdong province is one of the provinces famous for shipping, and port logistics develop fast.This paper analyzes the impact factors of port logistics development, and builds the Grey Correlation Model for the analysis qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicate that the container throughput and GDP are playing an important role in the development of port logistics, and the fixed assets investment and the total imports and exports are driving the growth of the development of port logistics. Therefore, this paper proposes to build the container competitive advantage, construction technology intensive smart ports and establish the system of supply chain based on the port, in order to provide the reference for policy-making of the development of port logistics.
