Aiming at system development, project implementation and demonstration application, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the commanding system in maritime. Based on .Net, J2EE two-tier architecture, an innovative stereo-research is carried out in VAHDI, communication integration and other key technology. The significant supporting role that system is carried out in the integration of national water emergency system and the enhancement of national waterborne emergency disposal capabilities is analyzed and demonstrated.
