    摘要:

    通过京杭运河和赣江船闸工程金属结构设计工作中的积极探索和尝试,结合船闸金属结构特征尺寸模数化、结构典型化、部件通用化、参数系列化、装配组合化的发展方向,提出船闸金属结构模块化设计理念,对提升设计成果质量和工作效率、提高船闸金属结构的通用性和互换性、推进船闸金属结构的标准化和系列化、推动行业发展具有非常重要的意义。

    Abstract:

    Considering the development trend of the metal structure design, such as the modularization of characteristic dimensions, typification of structures, univeralization of spare parts, serialization of parameters, as well as modularization of the assembly, we put forward the principle of modularization-based design in the metal structure of ship lock through the study and exploration during the design work of both Beijing-Hangzhou canal project and the Ganjiang river ship locks project, which is of great significance in improving the quality and efficiency of the metal structure’s design, enhancing the commonality and exchangeability of the metal structure, expediting the process of standardization and serialization of the ship lock, and accelerating the development of navigation industry.
