This paper analyzes the sediment source and movement law, calculates the wave-breaking depth and critical depth for sediment movement, studies the annual sediment distribution by the wave cumulative frequency method, and predicts the annual and sudden siltation under the wave and current. It may serve as a reference for the selection of harbor entrance’s location and siltation prediction of silty beach.
