      针对管板组合结构振打施工过程中的拉森型锁扣容易被撕裂的问题,依托管板组合桩结构形式的尼日利亚莱基深水港码头工程,采用有限元方法对管板组合桩拉森型锁扣拉伸、扭角、倾斜3种咬合情况进行受力仿真研究。结果表明:管板锁扣咬合精度越低,锁扣咬合应力越大,对拉森型锁扣产生越不利的影响,并提出管板锁扣在不同咬合状态下偏移、扭角、垂直度等精度参考限值。最后建议加强对管-板桩沉桩工艺的研究,提高沉桩精度控制与监测,降低锁扣不利的咬合应力,减小锁扣撕裂风险。精度参考限值可为管板组合结构施工技术标准提供依据,以及为提高管板组合结构施工质量提供重要参考。
英文摘要:
      In view of the problem that Larsen type latch is easy to be torn during the driving construction of the steel pipe-sheet pile combined structure,based on the combined structure of the steel pipe-sheet pile of Lekki Deepwater Port Terminal project in Nigeria,the finite element method is used to numerically simulate and analyze the three bite conditions of Larsen type latch tension,torsion angle and inclination conditions.The research results show that the lower the occlusion accuracy of Larsen type latch,the greater the occlusion stress of the latch,and the more adverse influence on the Larsen type latch.Reference limits for the accuracy of the steel pipe-sheet pile combined structure are proposed under different occlusion states,such as tension,torsion angle and verticality conditions.Finally,it is suggested to strengthen the research on the pipe-sheet pile sinking process,improve the accuracy control and monitoring of pile sinking,reduce the unfavorable occlusion stress of the lock occlusion,and minimize the risk of lock tearing.The reference limits of the accuracy can provide a basis for the construction technical standard of the steel pipe-sheet pile combined structure,and an important reference for improving the construction quality of the steel pipe-sheet pile combined structure.
